The PeopleMap™ Interpersonal 360 Skills Assessment is designed to measure behavioral skills that are important to success in life and on the job. The purpose of this feedback is to assist the person in recognizing strengths that he/she possesses and to identify areas for further development.
Unless you are the supervisor of the person who gave you the survey, your responses will be kept strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will your individual feedback be identified to the person who gave you the survey. A minimum of five other individuals will be completing the survey on this person, and all information will be compiled to create a composite score. This composite score will be used to provide feedback to the person being evaluated.
